I grew up going to shows with my parents and was always around street rods. My father had multiple cars throughout the years and I have followed in his footsteps. I have since completed his 32 Rockne after 13 years of building it since he passed away. It won at the very first Street Rod Nationals in Peoria. After completing it in 2009, it won a Pros Picks award on the 40th anniversary Street Rod Nats. I also own an all steel 41 Willys that has a race history and used to travel with my father in the 70's. The 41 Willys was previously owned and raced by Elverne Pfeifer from WI.
