My name is Jon. I grew up in both Utah and Texas. If any of you are aware of the famous "Cache Valley Cruise-In" they hold here in Utah, I grew up just a block away from it. I was always involved with several resto and hod rod projects that my friends dads would be creating for the show every year. My first restoration project for the show was a friends 1941 ford pickup. We worked on it for probably 3 years together once or twice a week. Since then I've always been dying to restore a 40s or 50s pickup. Now I've finally started my own! I ran into a huge streak of luck and am now the proud owner of a 1956 Dodge C-series pickup. I plan on entering it into that very same car show every year from now on.
