Johnny Suede

Born and raised in Iowa, was living in Portland, then Vancouver, now Mint Hill/Charlotte. FORD guy, always have been. Bought a 51' F-1 when I was 14, and a 50' F-1 when I was 16. I grew up going to swap meets, races and car shows with my pops and his friends. I put a y-block in my 53' Mainline and have become obsessed with those old motors... I have a 66' F100, solid truck with a 300 straight six and CV frontend. I just built a 1928 AV8 racecar, all traditional 59AB out of a local racing legends's car that ran in the 40's/50s, topshift 3 speed, banjo rear, and 46' juice brakes.
