Born St Louis Mo. Moved to Calif in the early 60's. It was all
hot rods, surfing, and rock & roll. Hung out at the old San
Gabriel drag strip ( became Irwindale ) Bob's Big Boy Pasadena
Henry's in Arcadia, Blair's speed shop. First car ' 34 Ford sedan
V8 60, dual exhaust, juice brakes $150. Put a hot Merc flathead, than a 401 Nailhead, 4-speed out of an Avanti and a
Pontiac station wagon rear end. Traded that for a '37Ford 5-window with a 303 Olds and a hydro, put a 371 Olds in it and
traded it for a ' 26 Buick 2-door sedan with a 322 Nailhead.
T-boned by a drunk, last hot rod till the '66 Galaxie in the early nineties.Interact
