Retired engineer and consultant, live in the north end of the Shenandoah Valley. I do all my own work.....machine work, paint, engine, welding, upholstery. Got 1st car @ age 14.....was a '40 Ford coupe.....built a 296 flathead, did own R&P upholstery, and own paint work. College ride was a '61 Chev bubble top.....put in a 327/365 motor/4-spd/posi, mag wheels. Work ride was a '60 'Vette w/ 283 FI, 4-spd, hard-top, power soft top, power windows. Current hot rod garage is 3-bays plus machine shop.
