Have owned my model A since 1961 was my oly means of transportation untill 1970, was stock when bought, then I installed a 50 olds 303 with hydro trans and the rear out of the same car and ran it with 13.5 comp. no front brakes and slicks on the rear. I lived in Glendale AZ at the time, hung out a place called Chucks speed shop back then, he is the fellow that built the engine for my car. Probably the last guy that really knows how to build a hydro tranny. I have recently redone my car with the Pete Armeda overhead cam setup on a 350 with a tripower setup chopped 4.5" frame skirts sectioned 2" hood lenthened 5" frame cut and lengented 3" rear fenders bobbed 10" frame was pie cut frame in front of cowel to get the car lower.
