I have had many cars over many year. from a '41 Dodge sedan to a 53 Ford truck and points in-between. Currently, I am trying to finish a '53 Mercury Monterey 2-door sedan that does not need much to call good. This car, being the last year of the flatties makes it a little fun to try and keep mostly original. The engine is original but tired, so will need a rebuild. That is coming.... But, in the meantime, the 3-speed OD transmission will be something I am looking to change. A C-4 is the thought...
