Floyd Lippencott III

My dad was in the Slopokes in the 1950's. They ran the first NHRA sanctioned drag race in Canada. I started building cars in my early 20's with a 1957 Ford Ranchero. My dad had gotten back into cars when he retired and restored a 65 Galaxy conv., followed by a 57 Fairlane (which he raced new while a Slopokes member in the 50's), and then a steel 33 five window.
