My father was always interested in automotive design,especialy anything but the Big Three, in 1972 while I was in high school he bought a 1941 Hudson Super Six sedan for us to drive, then in 1975 my parents and I were on a trip visiting relatives and they went several hundred miles out of their way, they didn't tell me why until we arrived in Memphis, TN and went to the Street Rod Nationals, I've been into Street Rods ever since.
