an aussie transplant ,started on cars at an early age ,dad had a 56 ford with a 390 and 3 97s, family car 59 ranchwagon,my first car 59 fairlane mostly stock painted it at 15 ,traded it for a 55 customline that my buddy drove for me as I was not old enough,installed a John English (Frankston Australia) built 390 and toploader set up with a 59 ford 9",got into the restoration and paint biz at 14 ,forward 30 years ,found my way to cortez co,worked for a couple of local hot rod type shops,in 08 after about a year at one of the more dishonest shops in the area I decided to "spread my wings" rent a shop and try to make a go of it myself ,and here I am today a lot older a lot poorer and much wiser
