I started wrenching as a matter of necessity rather than for recreation. Being a career "broke-ass turd", I would rather spend my money on the tools to better myself than have someone fix my problem(s). After awhile machinery started to make more sense and become less complicated, now I mostly enjoy wrenching. And now I find there is something about hanging around with greasy people, its just better than the alternative.
