I've been ravaged by the car disease since I was a mere child. My Dad would buy a cool car, A '66 vette conv., a 62 Maserati 3500 g.t., an Austin Healey 100-6, etc. My mom would let him keep it a while, then sell it for something more practical. The cool cars were a lot more fun. Since getting my license, Ive had about 250 cars. I recently got rid of a 34 dodge truck, a 65 fiberfab aztec, a 41 chrysler 3-window coupe, and a 38 Chris Craft boat to finance more car projects. The boat was 40' and pretty much a goner. My ambulance is now sporting a 6-inch chop and a 472 mill from a low mileage sedan. The GTO is a project but really pretty rust free. I used to be a body man for ten years but that was a while ago.
