I guess I've loved just about everything with wheels and a motor (or breasts and a ...well you get the idea) all my life.
In my younger days I built a few round trackers, crewed a few (small-time) and painted and lettered many more. Spent some time in the ARCA, Busch, and Cup garage, made many friends and a whole lot of great memories.
For me, the car (and truck) thing is all about fun. So when I have a few extra bucks, I drive and tinker with mostly offbeat and unusual stuff. I don't take myself all that seriously, and I'm not a purist in any genre, so I'll "customize" a car, truck, trailer, motorhome, house...or whatever... at the-drop-of-a-hat. Admittedly, it's a compulsion. Oh yeah...I'm a nut!
As for cars, I've owned a bunch over the years. Washing, waxing, being scared to drive 'em... dahell with that...I wanna drive 'em...alot!
Anyway....I like old-school and/or traditional too. So when a friend introduced me to the HAMB, I thought, hey this is cool! A bunch of addicted car guys (and gals) who excel at the hobby, and most don't take themselves too seriously either. That's me I thought... (except I'm way better looking!)Interact

A positive and friendly attitude won't prevent all problems, but it'll annoy enough a--holes to make it worth the effort. - Loading...
