atomic age

I really enjoy building things, anything mechanical. My father was a bodyman and I grew up in the family shop. I am partial to Model A Fords. I REALLY like flatheads, followed by Early Hemi's as a close second.

I'm also into music, art, overeating, Shotokan, radiation, metal fabricating, alienating my friends and family, vintage sideshow stuff, instrumentation and analyzer engineering, movie special effects, kittens, Aiki Jujistu, collecting bubble bath containers (Purex or Colgate Palmolive only), collegeville costumes, and occasionally playing in bands (guitar, bass, or drums).

I thought I was fairly smart, till the recent helicopter autorotation (autogyro) post. Ouch! Now I just sit back and wait for someone to tell me the earth is no longer flat.
