Went to the MAR CAR races at the OKC Fairgrounds Speedway@ 7 years old with family friends from church that sponsored a supermodified. I am looking for an old super or modifed to restore that ran around here. I had metal shop in school, still a tinner now:Thanks Mr Butler. He was a rodder.Dad had a gas station by the capital in OKC. My friends were sons of gas station dads, some of them raced at OKC.Crewed on a supermodified after college.I miss them . Some guys that also miss them are building them and aim to bring them back. Check out vintagesupermodifieds on facebook or on youtube.The Lord has blessed me with car guys for friends.Want to build a new speedway someday to bring us all together to race vintage stuff.
