I run a small business knocking out panels for hot rods, customs,and aircraft. My Father was an aircraft engineer, pilot and mechanic, so the gearhead thing was inevitable. He passed on when I was 11, but the seed was well planted and I have been into anything with an engine ever since. I spent a couple of years out of school doing industrial sheet metal fabrication, and roughly 20 years ago purchased an English Wheel from the scrap pile of DeHavilland Aircraft, and started my own scrap pile teaching myself the trade. I have been gas welding since I was a kid, so everything seemed to come together and here I am banging away today!
