48 pickup

I was introduced to hot rods by my cousin at the age of 12. My 48 chevrolet pickup was a father/son project that started when I was 14. It was registered when I got my licence. It was daily driven for many years before being pulled down for another rebuild.
In 1995 I married an American and moved to Atascadero California and lived there until nov 2001. I met some great friends thru the local rod and custom scene. Back in Oz I have been involved with the Big Knob racing salt car; working on the car and going to the salt several times. None of my own cars are currently on the road but Im working to rectify that.
