Born with a love of cars. First car was a Sad Face Peddle Car. I used to wash it in a mud puddle made by my father, when he was washing our 1947 Plymouth family sedan. First real car was a red and white 1960 impala 348 which blew up so in went a 1961 409 (gas was... a little more reasonable). Campaigned a 1954 VW on the 1/8th mile a few times (FUN).
Have always had an old car or truck (sometimes both) in the garage to work on.
