good shot of the grille face. this was pretty wavy with a lot of broken grille bars. i got the shape back to original.

this grille was hammered. full of bondo and bent all to hell . not any more. had it bead blasted so i can weld on it.

35 ford grille super hard to find and over $2400 to replace. i figured out how to get all the bows and tweaks out of the grille. made a fin straighter, and this jig for welding etc. coming good so far.
