      Appears I hadn't explained what this was...
      On the initial assembly, I had no fuel pump... Of course first trip up the driveway, it stalled. Electric fuel pump produced too much pressure, even with a reducer. So I added the oil filter canister, with a float, hooked to a mercury switch. Pressurized system to the canister, then gravity fed from there to the carb. The mercury switch shuts off power to the electric pump... Works just like a toilet tank!
