This is a stock 2001 lq9 5.3 vortec. I flipped the air in take and it now goes to the vent on the side through the cab. What you are seeing on top is just pvc, fiberglass and muffler tips. The Chevy emblem in front is the original horn button that came in the truck. The big block valve covers hide the ugly coil packs. Ceramic stock manifold. Brake booster is in the cab. A 1951 Chevy truck is 2000lbs lighter than the 2001 Silverado the motor came out of. I still don't see a need for a lot of upgrades. Currently gets 25mpg.
