Early 390 Cadillac adapter- what trans does it fit?

Hi @c322348 , I know this is old, but just saw it. Did you ever get an id on this adapter? I have one that looks almost exactly like it, but also has a steel plate for side mounts off the back. I was told it was Ford truck, but not sure what? Thanks, Jim
