This picture is of the engine compartment after we removed the hood, bumper, and all the trim. Unfortunately, it is missing the grille and center bar along with the piece of chrome trim that is located below the passenger side headlight on the front of the grille.

This is the engine after we removed the carburetor to get it rebuilt. I currently have no idea if the engine is a 283 or a 327. It has 327 valve covers, 283 power-pak heads, and was an original I6 car. It still has the original 3-on-the-tree though. If anyone has anyway to identify the block size by looking at numbers, exterior features, etc... I would be greatly appreciative.

This picture was taken after we got the car home. We were dragging it around the yard with a tractor, trying to get it to start. After we put new spark plugs in, rebuilt the carburetor, hooked the wires up to the coil, and put the spark plug wires in the correct holes on the distributor, the little engine popped right off.
