I made the wheel well lip from 2 inch x 1/8 inch flat stock. I cut 1 1/2 slices every inch to help me create the compound curve. This was a TON of work but I'm glad I did it. Weld and grind, weld and grind, weld and grind....

Just finished filling in the section between the quarter and the front door post. I waited until after I sandblasted the car to do this because I wanted a good coat of primer behind the filler panels. I also used a copper weldable primer just to make sure all the bare metal was covered.

I'm using 16 gauge aluminum for the floor. The seat is out of a '64 Oldsmobile.
