Three of the four rocker corners are goint to undergo this. Floors got the worst of it. Leaky windshield gasket (in Washington, no less) caused most of the rust damage.

'94 Geo Metro rack. Tube is narrowed 2.25". The hose clamp denotes where the rack needs to be cut and re-threaded.

Dashboard filled and smoothed w/handmade speedo bezel. Steering wheel hub is also handmade from a stock Met wheel center.

This side is very close to a finished product. Headlight scoops are from a '64 MGB. The stock side trim will need to be shortened about 6". Bumpers will have to be reshaped to follow the new contour on the front pan. I started to mark a new wheel opening contours, but my wife caught me!

The other side is nearly done. The hard part is making the second side look like the first. This is all a self-taught course in autobody repair and welding.

Disc brakes are a snap with rebushed MG Midget spindles, rotors, and calipers. The front suspension is nearly all Midget. A front sway bar is on the agenda as well.

Disregard the label on the gas filler. That's where the 40 mile extension cord plugs in.
