Hey just wondering where would be the best place to start on an engine like this that’s been stopped for many years. How much money is it to have an engine like this and how do you like it does it give you many problems? I have been debating if I should rebuild the flathead or just get a rebuilt ford 302 what do you think??? Bye the way you have a really nice engine and truck.

thanks, i sold the truck w/o driving it very much. first i had a lot of money in that engine. i think it would be best to completely tear down the flathead if that were the motor you wanted to use. i would use the 302 with a overspeed trans.
