1962-63 Biscayne not sure on the year and other projects to finish first to really matter. i found it in the bush. engine turns over, and body is in great shape just a few like 4x4 inch patch panels and a new windshield and interior and ready to go. Maybe a Black and White paint job to make it look like a old police car.
