19 years is how long it took for me to find a this shapener .. was always looking for a used one and ended up with a new in box!!

One of the best tools in my shop . I've sent shears out to have sharpened , in the past , but never again since I got one of these

how long did it take you to get one?? ive never seen one like i have with the file, just both sides with stone

thank you brandyMcCoy , i was at the point once i was in the middle of making my own home made one of these.. then life taped my shoulder and distracted me

where did you find one at?

a guy on craiglist was selling it from an estate, his father had a hardware store in the eastcoast/ they moved to az in the 60's and brought everything they had but never reopened the store. so he had a ton of unopened items , this was one of them.
im actually suppose to make one for someone else and ill keep you in mind. just gotta free up some time.
