Racing and not posing too, man that is one sweet roadster that captured the look of lakes and salt flat roadsters from the past perfectly.

I saw this about a month or 2 ago, Randy took us over to see it. It looked really good then, but WOW it finished out nice. Not that I'd expect anything less from Kevin and Randy.

Another reason to make the trip to Watertown this fall... It looks great! Randy said it was close when I stopped in last September, but it was still in bare metal. Way to go!

  13. Curiosity got the best of me ... did some Googling around ... and was pleasantly surprised to discover that Watertown, South Dakota has a vintage SINCLAIR gas station (around the corner from the Gribble's "Lake City Rod & Custom" shop):

Very cool! Looks like very sound engineering wrapped in a time capsule skin that should provide many miles of driving fun! Congratulations on a job excellently done.

Randy gave me a peek in Feb. Outstanding workmanship by the brothers as usual.

Great car! Love the gas station too!

  23. Randy and Kevin knocked this one out of the park! By miles! It has been a long time in coming but it has been well worth the time and effort too see the level of quality and detail your dad and uncle put into it. In another six weeks we'll see it here on the way to LARS! Thanks for posting it Chris!

That's really cool. Is there significance to the number 56?
