    Wow, spectacular photo.

  4. Cool photo but it had to be made within the last 40 years,,the seal beam adapters for the headlights were a big improvement at that time. HRP

Well, I didn't take out the sealed beams, and the stainless chimney caps, but it might fool the non-observant.. ;)

Too bad the photo was't shot in black & white originally, it would have really "popped" with detail. Good pic just the same. Butch/56sedandelivery.

    Great photo, old or new.

Sealed beam kits for almost every car became available after 1940 when sealed beams were mandated for all USA-produced cars and trucks. The aftermarket is always right there when it comes to accessories especially those safety oriented.

I didn't worry about it. My wife always gets onto me because I am one of those that is always claiming "Foul" when movies get small details wrong... She says I ruin movies calling foul all the time.. lol. I just tell her "well, they ruin it for me when they can't seem to get it right.. " hahhah

Especially a hot rod pick up which is light in the rear.. My 49 GMC was scary as hell on slick roads.. Had to work the gas pedal like I was stepping on egg shells and didn't want to break em.. lol
