Folks Of Interest Limeworks untrue rumors

Hi Guys I'd like to put the record straight on rumors I'm hearing ,

1 I'm not dying ( Or dead )
2 Carol & I are NOT getting divorced , 30 yrs married in October
3 We did NOT build the roadster that crashed at the GNRS this year (Canadian build & very unfortunate)

Truth is we are down sizing on MY terms to a great new location , with Myself , my Wife & our Son James.

Thanks for reading & please lets stop this bullshit rumor mill , I don't know what we have done to warrant such crap .

First off- I glad you all are fine. Secondly. I think the use of term " estate sale" may have confused some as it is normally used as liquidation of someone's property after they "bought the farm" .... Cheers

I like a lot of the others above saw your posts and comments on the "downsize" and wanting to concentrate on the products you produce and I'd think maybe catch a breather once in a while.

A good idea I'd think even though we will no doubt miss seeing the latest rod to roll out of the shop since there will be no rod shop but just the shop producing the great parts that we love.

 

Steve has always been straight and honest with me, I have pushed his products for 15? years>>>>>>>>>>>>>A true inspiration.

 

Thanks guys, I am still going to work on cars & we have a few projects to finish up but it will be 80% parts ,new parts 20% cars , 'cus I enjoy building /working on cars , it's where my ideas come from after all.

 

There is a big difference between between building your own rods for self satisfaction and or product develop or building a select project for someone and having a shop full of half finished customer projects taking your time and energy away from your main focus.

 

Does your wife know about this Taco Girl ?

Cheers, they were local rumors that had got out to the desert area , it really pissed me off people saying we were getting divorced when we've never been closer & even back to working together!!!

All is great & I am really excited about our future & the new building, all our new neighbors are really nice , some I've known for a while others are brand new & very friendly.
