    Hi All,

I have been reading posts on H.A.M.B. for years. Especially ones of other people working on the same project as me.

My project is a 1957 Chevy 1/2 ton truck.

Bought the truck with a 305 engine (not running currently but apparently turns over) with a 350 turbo transmission in it. It has a 79-80 Camaro front clip and Camaro rear end. The truck is sitting on a 1969 Chevy c10 frame (not really compatible). Has little rust on it for the age and came with a lot of original parts.

Looking forward to posting the progress as I begin work on it this year.

Welcome, sounds like a lot of the upgrade work is done. Will be fun to drive once you get it running.

That is great! I hope to see her truck around as well.

Your 57 GMC is beautiful. It's wonderful to see one still in original condition. Thanks for sharing the pic.

replaced rear fenders and head overhauled.some work on king pin (new) air bags rear, for heawy loading.and new alumininum bed thas all.and i drive it 3-4 times a week.
it had a good home in san fransisco as a former costguard truck.
