Yes Fred! but I only do the "skin" with original steel and glass body mesurement. All the sub frame will be build later on the frame and fix to the body.
ah ben quoi????? desolé pour le derangement cette aprem' Stephane! en plus j'ai meme pas pensé a te demander des nouvelles du 27!!!!
Awesome work just was lookin at another 34 build thread now I know it can really be done thanks for shareing
I forgot to subscribe to this thread. not letting that happen again. Pour ceux qu'ont pas fesse bouc comme moi et qui cause pas l'anglois pas comme moi ce serait bien de faire un post sur l'autre forum c'est pas de la pub, c'est de la technique.
I have always wondered this and I can't seem to figure it out on my own. When you chop a top like this the line that flows over the windows and then down and runs along the bottom edge of the rear (in an S shape) obviously doesn't line up anymore when you take several inches out. How do you get this body line to align again?
Thanks for that response. That's awesome. I'd been trying to figure this out for a long time but that never occurred to me.
Thanks from me too, Kev! Seeing someone talented do it makes it look easy, LOL. My '27 T Roadster build: www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t= 734383
Thanks you all! Chrisp: t'es pas le 1er a me dire ca ;-) vetteman61: on this project, the chop only a 3" chop, the disalignement is less important than the kiwiKev example, but I "hammered" the edge to a perfect line...
Ok Schoum, whats going on with this? I have a rust bucket 33 sedan thats gonna get the conversion but I need more pictures!!! Any updates? Posted using the Full Custom H.A.M.B. App!
Sorry, no up-dates on this project! My job was the tudor/coupe conversion, and my job is done.... the 34 is still at the shop, I maybe will work on the doors too, but that all.
