This is one of my favorites:

This photo was taken in the late 1970's or early 1980's at the Nats South in Winston Salem, NC. I believe the car had a Chevy II engine coupled to an early Ford transmission and it had a banjo rear as you can see in the photo.

    Simple, but very cool.

Here's a beauty I've seen posted here at the H.A.M.B., but never any details.. Anybody knows more about this roadster - the hottest car with wood wheels I've ever seen:

That's my old '26. Bought it at an estate auction, never did much to it, traded it to another HAMBer "Edelbroke" who set it up the way you see it in that picture. Had fenders on it when I had it, I really like the looks of it fenderless the way he did it.

Pretty sure he ended up selling it, and it was really cheap, too.

Lots of really great examples here, but being somewhat prejudiced, here is my favorite...

    Steve's46,

Thanks for the words. I really enjoyed building it. 100% original steel with only an inch by 2" hole on top of the cowl. Doors and window regulators are original. Chromed the old orig. pieces as new stuff just wasn't right. 3 3/4X3 5/16, 200-4r trans.
    Fun to drive.

The red pickup above has been on eBay for a while and seems like a nice truck for the money. I like the aqua one directly above also, haven't seen that one before.
