Yea , We are all dreamers here. I hope my '26 Chevy roadster is a roller by June. It could happen. It'll have some Stude parts. T 86 OD tranny, OD switches, 4.27 Dana rear end gear set, and maybe '55 Speedster dash and gauge set. Avoiding everything Ford.

Here's our '50 Champion. Bone stock for now, but the future calls for dual exhausts, multiple carburetors, more compression, a hotter cam, some wide whites, hubcaps, lowering blocks, and a T5. Not necessarily in that order!

I have tons of pictures of it but I have to scan them because I didn't have a digital camera when we built it. I'll see if I can do that.

Going to use the ramp truck to haul around my new project. This will serve as the foundation for my re-creation of my first car. 1959 Studebaker Silver Hawk.

Forgot to mention the car came with a 1957 Golden Hawk front clip with a custom louvered hood. I plan to build a fiberglass hood scoop to hide the new induction system planned for it.

    All a work in process.
The blue 54 will be a 50's/60's hot rod when done.
The white 60 is just a hot rod.
Have a second 54 that will be my daily driver hopefully by this summer.

The latest object of my affection...."The Black Car"
A 1 year build that has dragged out to three (because of work...yada yada yada).....

But... It's getting closer to reality.... Engine is almost ready to put in!

Too bad they think a '53 Stude is 'too new' here:confused:

I think you've read the 'rules wrong'...no one condemns a '53 Studey here...unless you have the latest F.I. engine in it...in that case, keep the hood closed...!!!

    I like it...

The 53/4 Car has its fans and critics like always. Its the uninformed newcomers who would say its not welcome because it is unlike anything else from the era.. I can't tell you how many times people ask me what year my "Camaro" is when I drive it.
