    Pulling motor tomorrow to reseal it then wire it up. And start building fender well headers

    See you there in Feb.! VERY tasty how you set that up, just right. What did you use for a front axle?
    (tube type & size, wall thickness)

    I used a 64 dodge a 100 front end. Cut it down 5 1/2 inches

    Got my front wheel wells done today I didn't like the cut off look so made some bends and stretched. A shrink till the front section looked good

    It was a lot of measuring and work but isn't to bad. Then the guts it took to make the first cut

    excellent project..you are helping me make up my mind about putting an dropped axle under my 63 tempest a/fx-er..it cheaper than a stock front rebuild and disc brakes, plus looks stoopid cool..heck, the car never turned corners anyway, might as well look mean going straight..are ya gonna build zoomies for the dart?..

  29. Would it be too much hassle to do an under-dash 90 degree, lay-out, like in Hot Rods??? Especially since you want to keep heat away from braking system. Checking fluid level may be a bitch. Just sayin'
    Very cool Dart project. deserves a killer paint job and all lettered up.
