Just a matter of modifying the sump to collect oil.It had to have pressurized lubrication. If not there are plenty of engines that have had their cranks pressurized.Model A Ford engines come readily to mind.Funk,Peitnpaul(sp),etc... pictures from The experimental Aircraft Museum in Oshkosh.

I'm thinking that as the Boomer generation ages and we begin to deal with the reality of worn out knees, there might be some of us that would like to go for a putt in a motorcycle that we don't have to hold up or lift back up after we've dropped it. This is the main reason for my project.

Spec sheet for the Pridemore Cyclecar of Northfield MN. The Pridemore first appeared in literature in February 1914. I can't actually tell if any were ever made or sold as there is no more record of it after April of the same year.

Yeah, and speaking of that, why did all those cars have so much positive camber? What was their philosophy for that?

Twin City Cyclecar, constructed in Minneapolis, Minnesota in 1914. I'm currently toying with the idea of attempting some kind of recreation of this.

Cool! Very interesting body. Do you have a rear view? (The caption is wrong.) Is it just my eye, or is the side view significantly lower than the front? I vote for the lower setup.
