Lela Ware (Kiowa), Paul Zumwalt (Kiowa) and Trecil Poolaw (Kiowa), Mountain View, OK, 1928. Photo by Horace Poolaw who was a member of the Kiowa tribe and had his photographs show Native Americans as they really were instead of in headdresses and beads, except when they were at a tribal ceremony.

Does everyone just lift photos from other members and repost them here? I posted this photo and it was taken by Steve Woods.

Some great shots coming out boys.

    Here's one from me

  18. We've been without power since Saturday due to severe ice storm here. A lot of downed trees and limbs scattered around. But I've got a generator so was somewhat hooked up. Power just came back on Tuesday about 3:30. Still a LOT of folks in southern Michigan without power and not expected to be back on until at least next Saturday. No fun.

  21. Andy's Diner. A Seattle institution for many, many decades. Used to be considered somewhat upscale. Don't know about these days though.

  22. Here's some shots from Hamilton, ON. Hopefully all the people in that area get power and heat back soon.

I found that one and many others on Face book.
Did not take it from here and re post.

Its inevitable that there will be repeats as we cross paths in different sources of material.
