  1. Nothing short of spectacular. Jewel-like in its execution.

You can really tell that time was spent on the many cool details on your car... And those details sure make all the difference!

  3. Well put together love the stance. I like where you mounted the oil filter.

    Thanks

Perfect execution of the early theme. Thanks for the additional photos of what's going on under the hood and chassis.

  5. Could you explain the inner firewall treatment, looks like a second "firewall" piece that is used to mount wiring, etc.
What is that made of ?

Very nice job on the car.

The inside firewall is the insulator item available from Bob Drake. I ran all of the wiring between it and the original firewall so I didn't have to drill any holes in the steel firewall. Kind of sandwiched the wires between the two. The insulator is made of ABS plastic with the original style hens foot finish on the inside and insulation on the other. Really cuts down the heat and noise dramatically.

Beautifully done and with all the fine point covered. How does it drive? Or, do you just stare at it?

As said, beautifully simple, yet detailed, car. What are the spark plug caps?

The spark plug caps are actually spark plug coolers. They are Indian motorcycle items.

  21. That is one WICKED HOT ROD! Damn... The stance, rake and detail; it all is spot on. You nailed it.
That one shot of you behind the wheel, that says it all...
    I'm happy for you.

Awesome build, it's very motivating to see such a well thought out and well executed traditional rod, it's really making me think about the direction of my own build. Thank you for sharing!
