Bought this car a couple of weeks ago. Frame lifted, blasted and painted frame with new bushings, brake lines. Driveline is restored, 216 inline six.The body is blasted and coated with a protecting layer of body filler.

Its just the funny part left to assemble the hole thing. But as many of us gearheads know...its not "just" to...I hope to have the car ready for summer season 2014.

Yes its my plan, but the primary goal is to mount it all together and evaluate the car first to get an idea of what to come. Like to slam it to the ground, would be cool to crash beer cans with the front bumber :)

    Kind regards!

New from Rovco, it's "Car In A Trunk". At least all the parts are boxed, and not just thrown in the car, like they are a lot of the time. I have a 51 Bus Coupe, actually it's my nephew's now since I gave it to him, one of my favorite years (I was born in 51!). I can't imagine what it's like to build a car in Europe, it's hard enough here with everything we have to pick and choose from. Good luck on that old Cheverlay. Butch/56sedandelivery.

Thank you! Yes the parts are pretty organized, the seller put most of the parts i boxes and marked them. In sweden the resto parts market is quite sorted with some sellers on both body and motor parts. But sometime i really wish I lived in the states and not europe. Merry christmas!

    Kind regards!

Bought myself a Pullmax P5 today. More for the future and some self tutoring in the art of panelbeating/forming. Got some various tools to begin with. Is there anyone with tips about some thread or forum about toolmaking for the pullmax - please reply or pm me

Plugged the battery in and he came alive, turns on the starter. Badly charged battery put a stop for the start up. Hopefully next weekend he will purr like a kitten after a 25 years long sleep!
