Projects flathead miller speed equipment

  1. Hi all.i need to know if someone is selling some miller speed parts ,like heads or other parts....what start my search is the sound of this killer flathead that all of you know........other parts i'm searching is a winfield su-1 camshaft....who make this grinds?can you help me?thanks

    The sound comes from the nitro....

    The su1a is not a radical cam....

    I believe all the V8 Winfield grinds are available from Chris Neilson Cams. They are not listed in his standard grind list.

    The only "Miller" speed equipment specific to flathead V8's I can think of came on the 35 Indy cars and Stu Hilborns streamliner. The Indy cars used a 4X1 intake manifold with carbs and cast Y headers. The Hilborn streamliner used the famous 4 carb intake with 3-1 barrels and 1-2 barrel before he replaced it with the first injection unit. If there was more Miller stuff specific to the V8's I'd love to hear about it.

Yes Micky...i was looking for that rompete!rompete! killer flathead sound....now i have a potvin 3/8 in my french flatty powered sportcoupe...but planning to hop up ,,,the 28 coupster i'm looking for the kool parts..in the coupster i have a usa 8ba....i read that tatom make good power and sound cams too...

    The intake on Stu Hilborn's stream liner was built by Eddie Miller not Harry Miller or any of his associates.
