Mine is going together slowly. Build theme is as if it was 1957, my senior year in high school. 283 on '39 Ford gearbox, F1 steering, chopped 4 1/2, channelled depth of frame.

I still love the Deuce sedans as you can see from my photos. I think the next repo from Brookville should be a sedan.

Third re-do after owning for 22 years. This go-around with old parts and a '57 J2. Lots of miles this year, with L.A. and Northwest Deuce Days in Canada.

Mine in my avatar. Been on the road since 1992. Chopped 2 3/16" (long story). I haven't reset the timing or adjusted the valves since it came off the jack stands almost 80,000 miles ago. First equipment failure occured this year when the water pump developed a slow leak. I just hate it that these old cars require so much maintinance.:D

Tell me about the rear wheels and tires. They look like 15's are they and what size tires and rims. I love it!

Here's the sedan that I built and eventually traded for the three window that I have now.

Thanks, 820-15 rear on 5.5 et's, 560-15 front on 4" et's. Its amazing how much better the tubeless 560's run out than the tubed 550-16's we have on other cars.

I had a major dilemma earlier this year when I went to order tires for my T project. I had 16" rear wheels and 15" fronts. The 560-15's from Coker were not available in the "saw tooth" pattern, only the "braided" pattern, and they didn't have the matching 16" tire.

Your fronts look like the saw tooth pattern. Please expound!

I love the look...very similar to how my old Fordor will look. What is the tire combo? Any more details on the build?

    Thanks,
