    I bought a set of 17'' ford wires a few years ago and finally have decided to use them on my 29 pickup. Iv been having trouble finding tires for them i like the ribbed front from coker tire but would like to see some photos of A's with 17''s what tires are you guys running and how do they hold up on the highway. I like bigger tires in the rear and could use the extra gearing, my A has a rebuilt banger dual downdrafts hi comp head cam ect. stock banjo rear end. Thanks for the info

    The little pickup is one of the coolest proportion wise that I have seen in a while.

  7. Just stumbled upon it...

    Here is mine. 7.50x17 rear and 5.50x16 front. I am probably going to put some 5.50x17's on the front.

    what transmission you running? if it's stock with a stock rear, i wouldn't worry much about the highway.

  19. Mine's not an A, but I like 17's! I lucked out on a set of early 40's vintage NOS Firestone Studded Ground Grips (for display purposes) and a set of last-run Denman 525-550 17s (late 30's-early 40's tread pattern). Might end up going with 650 or 700s on the rear at some point.

    Denman's;
