I need to quite down headers on this sedan. I love the look of the pipes and don't want to add an under car exhaust. Has anyone had a good or bad experience with this product?

Anyone have another product or a homemade fix they would recommend?

    Many thanks fellas!

I built some using motorcycle baffles. Fairly easy to do and work good.

fellow hamber, Matt @ Lake Headers, custom built these baffles w/ turnouts and they fit beautifully & created a very nice rumble.

I have a set of Matts Lake headers with baffles on my A Sedan also and I love them.
If you wrap ceramic or fiberglass mat around the baffles they tone down even more.

thanks djust - I am going to try wrapping them and see if I can tone it down more. where do you get the fiberglass - is it anything particular or will insulation fiberglass work? Thanks!

I got mine from a fellow hamber that is in the industry somehow and he sent me some ceramic fiber that I used.
But I hear that most motorcycle shops sell fiberglass made for wrapping around baffles.

The guy at Gear Drive is who I'd call. He's on the hamb and makes direct fit for those cones... they are drive shaft tubes, he will no what you need.

Good to see her finally running. I rebuilt that car couple years ago for local guy. Please contact me with any questions... Build photos are on my website jokerrfab.com.
