    Hey guys and gals,

I was organizing some of my swag today and I noticed that I had an extra first generation shift knob that I'm not using. I know lots of folks are looking for one so I'm gonna auction it off to help support the site. All money will go to Ryan. The auction will run until 7:00 PM (Texas time) next Monday the 18th. As soon as Ryan get the funds I'll ship the knob out to the winner. I'll even spring for the shipping if it's in the states. Good luck.

C'mon you guys, cut it out. I'm not like the geico guy with the money suit, but I do have $275 to bid with, so I am......

  18. Neat Item....but you guys are nuts!

  19. I don't think the guys are nuts,,it just adds weight to the old adage of it's worth what someone is willing to pay.

This was one of the very few first Hamb shifter knobs made and there are still Hambers that would like to have one. HRP

I think we all have been guilty of paying more than an item is worth. Sometimes need is a bigger factor than worth. Sometimes it is a case of want. And there are times like this, when it may not be any of the above, but instead the end price reflects peoples willingness to give for a cause. In this case, a H.A.M.B. donation. Happy bidding.

  22. Well Stated! I've done it as well....and will probably do it again....LOL

My offer still stands if he backs out or some one else has one they want to get rid of.

  29. Sorry but i am definitely getting this, i was just going to up your bid by $1, but if that happened to me it would annoy the crap out of me, plus its supporting the HAMB. Now before there's any more talk of crazy prices etc, i figured i'd received that much free advice and info through this site that it was worth at least that much. Thanks Doc for putting it up. I'll pm you later on.
