    Dessert patina is the best patina. I'd like to find one like that around here but we get real rust

    The secret is all in the flip flops..

    It has to be.

    It's basically two pieces welded together along the inner radius. I just cut the radius I like as a side profile then hammer the edge over a t dolly. It doesn't take much. It's basically a 1/4 rolled edge on both which gives you a complete 90 degree rolled edge.
