I really like it. Those truck's look great with fenders.

  3. Looks cool...Tell us about the engine.

  4. I like those early pickups. I would have thought a Sml Blk Chev would have been right at home here, dare to be different.

Is it clipped or sub-framed or factory front suspension? Curious about front suspension set-ups on these trucks... What is the preffered set-up on these trucks?

what reasoning are you using to swap in an sbc over the 383? Just curious....that torquey monster hauled a 70 Runner around just fine :D

I have a Fatman MII in my 37. It's actually a GMC with a chevy front clip ( for now). Good looking truck, man.

Love '37 Chev's. Why swap the 383? Those are great engines, and I'm a bowtie guy.

Always had a soft spot for 37 Chevy's. They have nice lines. Had a panel truck in the 80's that I still see at some local cruise nights. Also had a few pickups. My most recent I turned into a kingcab and enjoyed driving it for over ten years. It lives in PA now.
You got yourself one sweet ride. I agree with you, put the Chevy engine in it. Enjoy.
