What a beautiful woman and such a tasteful pic. Proves you dont "have" to show a lot of skin to look good.

Not positive myself but believe she is '50s supermodel Anne St. Marie.

I can only go by James Bradley's reputation as an American author and historian. He is certainly not an "internet revisionist". If you are unfamiliar with his work, I'd suggest you read "Flags of our Fathers" which was also a major motion picture. It was the true story behind the picture of the second flag raising at Iwo Jima. Bradley's father was one of the 6 men immortalized in the picture, and in the Marine Corp. monument in Washington. He also wrote "Flyboys" which was the true story of George W. Bush Sr and his flight crew and their capture after their final mission in the Pacific when they were shot down. I doubt very much that one of your nation's best historians and authors would write two of the best Non Fiction historical novels, and then crap out by fudging his third one about Teddy Roosevelt and the media's part in creating parts of the "Rough Rider" image...

That is a Jerry Schatzberg (New York Photographer) picture. I agree it is probably model Anne St Marie; he photographed her.

E&L Transport haulers, too. My ex father-in-law ran the E&L yard at the time.

Nice photo, thanks for posting it. The car on the left is an Autocar from around 1906. Bob [IMG]
