I'm going to start the project based off of theses that have been hold up in my dad's stash since, well, I have no idea. I do know I have seen them when I was around 8, I'm 41 now. Now on to the ROG build....

Well, I guess that will do...if you couldn't find a nicer one to start with.

Not as nice as the pics suggest. Was done in the mid 70's. If I could start with a nicer car, I would! This one is perfect.

It's amazing what hides in an old 70's restoration. I thought there might be some stuff lurking in the rear wheel well areas. And I was correct. After removing all the rumble seat cushions and panels, there it was. Inner fender panels just laid on top of the old stuff. At least they cut out the rust. Pics don't show it well at all, I'll post once the fenders are off.

The only thing I ever got out of my dad's stash was the occasional Marlboro...

That looks like a really solid "starter" car!!!

It's no doubt is a solid car to start with. It is however hiding a lot of bad body work.

Yo man I'm stoked to see you got a new project! I love that color of the roadster. You know what it's called? You gotta swing by my uncle Dave's garage to check out the 32 3W we're finishing up. I'm also gonna start a project thread soon. I'm building a 30 Model A coupe on 32 rails. I'm about ready to get the body on the chassis soon. I'll send you a link to the thread once it's up.

Excellent bro! Need more of this style car around here. I'm not sure of the name of the color, but I'm going to need to find out.
Pretty fired up about this car! It'll be cool when done.

Oh yeah definitely. I can't think of anyone who has something like this around our area. Even by the time your roadster is done and my coupe is done I think they'll still be the only 2 traditional cars around.

Now that looks like fun just the way it sits! Amazing what a change a model A gets by just taking off the fenders. Nice project!
