thanks man! i read through some of your threads and a few others on here for inspiration on what to do with mine. is there a social group for these cars? if not there should be!

Bump! how are the Plymouth guys doing? Any changes to the 46-48 owners rides this summer? Heres mine with a few new changes!

 

Looking good. If you decide to go with a windshield without the center bar, Bobs Classic auto glass does a bent "one piece" windshield for our cars. Hes on the Oregon Coast but sends his glass stuff all over the world. Just letting you know.

Here is one that was built in 62 and parked since about 68.

 

Been working on this one.

 

a rough 48 conv that is for sale a hour away from here. But I don't know if the estate put a price on it yet. looks like custom interior, and had 2 spotlights, but holes now filled in.

I am going back there in the AM to literally drag (with a 4x4) another 47-48 conv from a barn that they own near that other car. It is worse

they also have a halfway decent 47 coupe

I didn't do much other than some fun little aesthetic stuff this summer and just driving it when I can! Got some more plans for this winter but im also moving so we'll see how that goes!

Like I said aesthetic stuff! I started doing some leather work again so I made this temporary shifter cover, and did some lettering. I also managed to do a rattle can resto and rewire on my dash last spring!

damn Rick. I was just talking with some guys that work at a paint shop up the street about my car. They're all into lowriders and we were tossing around the idea of doing a 2 tone with lace on the roof eventually. i think you just sold me on it. looks great!

Here's the most recent picture of mine. If I knew how much of a PITA it is stripping a car to bare metal i never would've started haha. Heading to Iron Invasion this weekend and then after that I'm hoping to get a lot done by the spring.

 

It looks good just the way it is!
